Team MDT: Northeast Rimfire Finale and Paintmines PR22 Finale - MDT Field Report

Congratulations to MDT-supported Shooter Dakota Wright for her 3rd place overall and Top Lady Finish at this weekend's Northeast Rimfire Finale held at MKM Precision. This result secures her place as Top Lady for the region this season! Team MDT's Matt Stiner finished 4th, placing him 5th overall in the Northeast region for the season. Best of luck to all shooters heading into the PRS Rimfire Finale!

Across the pond, Team MDT's Ryan Charlton finished 2nd at the Paintmines Woods PR22 finale, rounding off a consistent year where he's finished either 1st or 2nd at every Paintmines Match. Ryan said he's "enjoyed seeing the new shooters getting involved in and learning more about Precision Rifle, as a change from their usual bench rest/gallery rifle disciplines. The relaxed atmosphere has also encouraged junior shooters to get involved, especially young Flynn, who has supported his Dad and their squad at every match by spotting. Deservedly winning the "Top Spotter" trophy at the Finale, Flynn hopes to have his own rifle to shoot with next year, in an MDT chassis, of course!"

Seeing new shooters trying out Precision Rifle has been a highlight of the season at Paintmines for Ryan Charlton.

Young Gun Flynn is looking forward to getting his own rifle in an MDT chassis for next year!

The atmosphere at Paintmine Woods has encouraged new shooters to get involved, especially Flynn who was awarded a trophy for being “Top Spotter”!
