Howa 1500 with mdt field stock isn’t perfectly flush, but functionally works excellent. I did have trouble figuring out how to get it in and out at first. Just play with the magazine release lever and it will work.

I bought this for my ruger American predator 308 for hunting I like the mag flush. sits almost flush looks and it works flawlessly and smooth

I could not be more pleased with this magazine. I searched the internet high and low for a magazine that would sit truly flat in my Bergara HMR Wilderness 6.5 Creedmoor. I initially thought that the only way to get a truly flush detachable box magazine in an AICS short action was to swap bottom metals to a super high dollar custom setup, and use their proprietary magazines. This magazine sits truly flat to the bottom of my stock without any modification needed, so I can run my other MDT 10 round mags in a snap. It feeds perfectly, it’s quiet, and it is easy to remove considering how low profile it is. I always hated hunting with 5 round magazines in a short action because it would jab me in the back when running a bottom mounted sling, but this magazine solved all those problems. This magazine changed the game for me and made my rifle SO much better in the field. Outstanding magazine. Really great design, and very well executed.

Make for a flush fit and now a legal hunting capacity.

Purchased for a Savage 110 Ridge Hunter because I wanted a flush fit. Tried a couple different brands of ammunition, flawless fit and performance as expected.

Good working magazine, at least in the XRS chassis. Much better than the original Savage magazine in the Savage stock. This is my 2nd MDT polymer mag, both have been good.

Does NOT fit in the mdt field stock for howa 1500. I read on the field stock page that I needed to use mdt polymer aics magazines. I am keeping the magazine since it’s great quality and I look forward to getting something later that it fits in.

Works perfectly in MDT Hunt 26 chassis. I had trouble seating other 3rd party magazines and these resolved that issue.

I bought one of these to try with my 22-250 in and xrs chasis. It works flawlessly. It also feeds incredibly smooth. It works well enough that I bought a second one.

Plastic however they feed just fine. I like them and will buy again

Great quality magazines with an excellent fit and function.

Another good quality product, fits as expected, nice to have it flush when used on the Field stock in the field. Requires a technique to remove as there is no grip or finger hole to pull the mag out with, and not spring loaded so don't expect a fast mag dump
With bolt open, a slight push down from the top works, will have to try hard to loose this one while in the bush.

First one had a defect. But mdt stepped up the plate with their warranty and replaced it hassle free this one doesn’t miss a beat and would definitely purchase again

Well made and designed but due to my oversight, wouldn't work in the Sig Cross I had hoped it would. Need to stay with five round minimum to access.

Good but too tight in my magwell. Thought to remove. The latch seems too long.

Fit & finish is great. Works like a chap in a Seekins PH 2. Highly recommended

All good but I needed to remove some plastic from the knob (touching the scope) to be able close the bolt

Fits well in the gun needed a 5 round Meg for hunting.
