Mounted this thumb rest on a MDT XRS. Had to drill and tap a hole after ensuring the placement would work. If I was MDT I'd start offering this stock/chassis with the hole predrilled. Thanks for the great products.

The thumb lock installation screws are too short for the MDT LSS chassis. Waste of time and money because MDT won’t put the right components together for a fit. You pay for the return shipping too.

These things are versatile and easy to install. also since the ARE polymer if there ever is a snag hazard or it gets caught on something, the polymer part could break instead of doing damage to an expensive chassis.

The M-Lok Adjustable Thumb Rest.
I ordered Two the first one I installed on the left side of the chassis so when I was standing it made a nice rest for my thumb. The other one I installed on the right side next to the existing thumb rest which I thought was too narrow. I had to drill and tap a hole in the aluminum chassis and after a little filing to the new thumb rest it fits perfectly and feels great. Nice product and well made.

On those sbrs and subguns where the c-clamp grip just ain't do-able this solves that problem. I'm running these with rsb mini-vert grips and driven shortstop on all my compact builds.
